Terms of Booking

All payments for bookings must be paid in full prior to your booking date.

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of making your booking to secure the date, the remainder of your payment must be made within 14 days or prior to your booking if it is sooner.

If you need to cancel your booking our team can reschedule your date or give you a credit for the future.

You agree to only stay in our space for the time and space that you booked and paid, if you wish to stay longer or access another studio space than booked please speak with our team so they can arrange accordingly.

You agree to notify the Birdcage team when making your booking if a cleaning fee will need to be added (if you are leaving behind a large mess eg. food). If you don’t notify the team but do leave a mess behind you will be invoiced for the cleaning fee.
