Spaces by Maxine was looking to gain new customers through advertising. The client initally thought advertising in local print publications would provide the brand awareness needed, however placement costs exceeded her budget. Working with Birdcage Marketing, Spaces by Maxine then wanted to expore social media marketing.

The solution

Birdcage Marketing developed a targetted, clean and approachable Facebook boosted post to communicate brand benefits and appeal to the Spaces by Maxine target market.

We conducted marketing research to investigate the right target demographic and understand the main “pain points” of the group. We then included these learnings in the copywriting and image selection.

The boosted post ran for just 10 days, and has set the benchmark for all future social media campaigns for the brand.

Results

Post ran for just 10 days, and in that time:

The post reached 5,584 people within the target group

247 people engaged directly with the post

35 new page likes

3 new client meetings

    The solution

    Birdcage Marketing conducted considerable research and investigation into SOI’s target market to create a target market profile. This allowed us to then create content which was highly enticing for visitors to the site.

    We developed a downloadable eBook to educate and inform small business owners, but also included reference to SOI services. By adding value to website visitors, SOI is seen as not only the authority in the serviced offices field, but dedicated to the overall business health of their clients (which they are!).

    The eBook was then available as a download from the SOI site, simply by inputing your email address.

    CC&M were looking for a print solution to advertise both their residential & commercial property maintenance services in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Whilst they had existing branding, they were lacking a strong brand direction and marketing key messages.

    The solution

    Birdcage Marketing developed two kinds of printed flyer to be distributed.

    However before commencing concept development, we engaged in marketing strategy to nail down the key brand messages to diffrentiate the brand from competitors.

    Once marketing direction was confirmed, we developed strategic copy to capitalise on the limited space which usually comes with printed flyers.

    We then finalised the graphic design elements to create a professional yet approachable flyer.

    Birdcage Marketing also managed the print of these flyers, providing stock and finishing recommendations and ensure the quality control of the final product.

Through a systematic approach, we were able to identify new keyword categories to pursue, further engage their social media communities and craft blogging schedules which convey their key messages and add value to customers.

They had existing materials which had been completed in-house, however they wanted to project a more “professional” image before reaching out to more prospective retailers. They were finding it difficult to find an agency to provide affordable, yet quality services.

    The solution

    Birdcage Marketing developed a new design concept for the brand, by designing a  4-page wholesale brochure. The brochure incorporated a new look and feel for the brand, by leveraging the tropical vibes of the business location (The Whitsundays) and the natural ingredients in their products.

    We also leveraged existing brand copy, and, working with the client, finessed it to flow with the new branding direction.

    Results

    Since distributing the brochure, Luxe Bath & Body is now stocked in a number of new retailers throughout Australia.

    The client was so thrilled with the new brand direction, Birdcage Marketing is now completing a number of design and web development projects for Luxe Bath & Body.
