About You

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will have a marketing background and a desire to advance.

Our Digital Growth Managers are a hands-on role, with responsibilities including client management and the creation of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across both Paid + Organic Marketing platforms. You’ll be responsible for handling several clients on your own, as well as mentoring and supervising department strategists in their digital marketing careers.

This position will push you to be the greatest digital marketer you can be while also advancing your career.

Skills/Requirements

Preferred formal marketing qualification (Bachelor, Diploma or Certificate) OR practical marketing experience

2+ years ‘on-the-tools’ marketing experience

Agency Experience: 1+ years agency experience in a similar role

Client Communication: 1+ years experience in a similar role communicating with clients at a topline level.

Experience managing paid ads campaigns

Analytically minded

Sales Funnel Knowledge

Deeply understands marketing best practice but isn’t afraid to break the rules to achieve results

Strong attention to detail

Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Exceptional interpersonal + communication skills

Exceptional time management skills
